Diving Inspection of the Tailings and Clarification Basins at GTK Mintec, Outokumpu

In 2024, we performed a comprehensive diving inspection at GTK Mintec’s tailings and clarification basins in Outokumpu. A total of three basins were inspected. The inspections included, among other things, the water discharge structures and the general condition of the basins. The inspection process lasted a total of three days. Before beginning the work, we reviewed the diving safety plan and general implementation plan together with the client.

The inspection work proceeded fully according to the plans and cost estimate. A thorough and detailed report was created for the client based on the findings.
