At Unwa Oy, we offer comprehensive professional diving services. Our main office is located in Central Finland, but we perform diving operations throughout the country. In every project, our priority is to provide peace of mind to the customer by completing diving tasks safely and professionally. All our divers hold the official professional diver certification issued by the Finnish Government, along with all required hot work, occupational safety, and first aid qualifications.
Underwater Construction
We carry out underwater construction work across Finland. Our professional divers have extensive experience with demanding underwater construction projects. Our areas of expertise include underwater concreting, reinforcement work, oxy-fuel cutting, and welding. When needed, we also provide high-quality and comprehensive construction services above the waterline.
Underwater Condition Inspections
We offer comprehensive underwater condition inspections. All inspections are carried out systematically and accurately. The inspections are documented using underwater photography and accompanied by a detailed inspection report for the client.
Underwater Maintenance Services
We have broad experience in underwater maintenance tasks for hydropower plants and energy companies. Our divers have worked at over 20 different hydropower facilities in Finland and have participated in several water and sewer pipeline maintenance projects for energy companies. Side-Scan Sonar and Object Search
Side-scan sonar surveys and underwater object searches yield the best results when conducted with modern equipment and trained professionals. We use the latest sonar technology in the industry and have qualified staff to operate it. In addition to locating objects, we also have underwater lift bags available in various weight classes.
