The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the individual’s voluntary consent.

Collected personal data is used for developing potential customer relationships.

The registry stores all the following information that a potential customer has sent to us via the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message

In addition, Google Analytics collects visitor data. The site uses the latest version of Google Analytics (GA4), so visitors’ IP addresses are automatically anonymized.

7. Regular Data Transfers and Transfers Outside the EU or EEA:
Data is not regularly transferred outside the company. However, some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of Registry Protection:
Care is taken in the processing of the registry, and data processed through information systems is appropriately protected. When registry data is stored on internet servers, appropriate physical and digital data security is maintained. Electronically processed personal data is protected and stored in the company’s system, which is accessible only to individuals who need the information for their work tasks.

Personal data is protected from external use. The workstations and storage media used are encrypted. There is no manual material.

9. Right of Inspection and Right to Request Correction:
Every person in the registry has the right to check the data stored about them and to demand the correction of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data. Requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time prescribed by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

10. Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data:
Every person in the registry has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the registry (“the right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict processing in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time prescribed by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

11. Use of Cookies:
We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file sent to and stored on the user’s computer, which allows the website administrator to identify frequent visitors, facilitate visitor login to the site, and compile aggregate information about visitors. This feedback allows us to continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm users’ computers or files. The user’s IP address is anonymized before being sent to Google. According to its Privacy Shield certification, Google states that it complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield arrangement. Google may provide information collected by Google Analytics to third parties if required by law or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. According to the terms of use of Google Analytics, Google does not link registered IP addresses to any other data stored by Google.
